McIntyre Jones, Inc. has been in business for over 60 years, originating in 1950. The original business focus of the Company was in residential sidewalk and driveway concrete construction until 1956 when the focus shifted to public works projects for the cities of South Bend and Mishawaka.

We are pleased to say that our old customers continue to rely on us for our high quality work. Every day, we continue to expand our customer base with new projects, building relationships with new customers who are just as happy with our quality, professionalism and ability to finish the project in a way that makes us all proud. Over the years, McIntyre Jones has continued to be well-regarded for its knowledge and capability in concrete construction. Our project focus has shifted to primarily municipal; however, we will perform work in larger commercial ventures.

McIntyre Jones, Inc. is a union contractor, signatory to the Cement Masons, Operating Engineers, and Laborers. We perform work throughout Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.

* In 2003 the company was purchased by a group of individuals who were impressed with the reputation and the potential of McIntyre Jones. They worked to enhance the quality and professionalism of the company.

* In 2005 one of the partners left the company, presenting the unique opportunity for the company to become a woman-owned business

* In 2007, McIntyre Jones, Inc. received its WBE Certificate from the State of Indiana, presenting us with unique opportunities.

* In 2008, McIntyre Jones, Inc. relocated from Mishawaka to South Bend, into our current 30,000 sq, ft. facility at 2603 North Foundation Drive South Bend, IN 46628, in the Airport Industrial Park.

* In 2009, McIntyre Jones, Inc. obtained its DBE Certification in the state of Indiana, qualifying us as a minority INDOT supplier.

Kelly Healey is the President of McIntyre Jones, Inc. Kelly received both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Ball State University and is accomplished in the areas of finance, labor relations, marketing and project management, for over 30 years. This experience includes the development of communication and strategic initiatives, preparation, evaluation and analysis of bid packages, construction and corporate facilities management and the creation and implementation of plans for manufacturing processes. Kelly has been instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the company since the purchase of the company in 2003, instituting policies and practices for every aspect of the business.
